SALON RULES Moods Hair Salon
Would you like to change or cancel an appointment? This is possible if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If we receive the change or cancellation too late (i.e., less than 48 hours in advance), a cancellation fee will be charged for the appointment. To be late
I understand that something can always happen, causing you to be late or having to reschedule your appointment altogether. Being late is inconvenient for you, and unfortunately, for me as well.
I want to provide you and others with the best possible service. That's why I work with a tight schedule. This allows me to take my time with you. However, if you're late, it also means that the person scheduled after you will have to wait. They'll then have to wait even though they arrived on time. Furthermore, I have less time for your scheduled/desired appointment. This means I can do fewer treatments. Rushing things is also not an option for me.
No show
Do you have an appointment but don't show up? Then I'll lose revenue because I reserved time for you. That's why I charge a no-show fee. If you don't show up often, I'll unfortunately have to put you on a walk-in basis. You won't be able to make an appointment in that case. You can, however, come in for a treatment as usual. You'll be seen as soon as a spot becomes available.
Late arrival allowance | No show allowance
– 1st No Show. Change or cancel a haircut appointment within 48 hours in advance: 25%
– 2nd No Show, change or cancel a treatment within 48 hours in advance: 50%
– 3rd No Show, change or cancel a treatment within 48 hours in advance: 100%
– In case of no-show, the same rates apply as stated above.
If you miss your appointment three times or are a no-show, no further reservations will be made for you. You can then walk in and will be helped as soon as a spot becomes available.
